Cowboys! Stay well clear! Bustem filed a completely false DMCA claim against my website. It disrupted my business and created problems that never should have existed. This is either incompetence or deliberate behaviour. Filing something that serious without checking the facts is reckless & damaging. I had to spend time fixing an issue they caused for no valid reason. If you run a business, be careful dealing with Bustem. This kind of behaviour says everything.

This is for Shopify store owners that get false copyright claims from Bustem. Basically, they just say that the company they represent have copyright over X, Y and Z, but it's literally just a lie. You can ignore them, and at most they'll sound threatening, but they have no real case. For instance, my company got a stupid DMCA claim from another identical dropshipping company. We all rip images from each other, and their claim that "Hey! We're the ones that own these images!" is just so extremely bogus when I can find the same ones on Aliexpress, lol. Anyway, if you get a Bustem claim, just spend a few minutes changing the images with AI. Literally prompt it "Can you change this slightly so it's a different image?". Done. Edit: They replied, asking me to... contact them? Why, when you literally just admitted to just doing claims because your employers tell you to. NOT because they're actually legit! That means the best course of action is to completely ignore you, as you have literally no legal justification for your entire business. Pf, making DMCA claims for Aliexpress images. Shame on you.

We are an eCommerce brand that has gone viral & sold 10s of millions of dollars of goods, naturally attracting potential copycats & counterfeiters. Bustem was able to virtually instantly identify every single unauthorized seller/knockoff on the web across every marketplace & direct site, quantify exactly how much we are losing to each, and help process takedowns to recover the revenue leakage. Doing so manually would have likely taken countless months & distracted our team from higher ROI tasks. This is one of the few SaaS products I will openly recommend to others. Highly recommend using it if you're an eCommerce brand suspecting potential revenue leakage to knock offs.

The Bustem team helped us protect our brand in many ways, and we love that it's super easy to review and approve or reject reporting of copyright infringement in their Bustem app!

bustem takes everything offline that is infriging our content. really like this company!

Love Bustem! As an E-commerce brand we get copied all the time on amazon, ebay, walmart, temu. Everyday these people pop up pretending to be you and try to steal your customers. Bustem does an amazing job removing them and finding them as well!

Bustem is a great software we used for last 3 months.
