Hi Isabel. We apologize for the experience that you have had with Bust Bunny. After confirming with our sales team, It looks like you reached out about it not working after trying a 3 month supply. We let you know that if you have tried it for that long, then most likely this product would not work for you at this point. We have expressed that this product is not guaranteed and that there are a small percentage of women who this product will not work for whether it be due to preexisting conditions or just that their bodies are not responding to the supplement. After letting you know that we do not recommend you continue to take this product, you still chose to buy additional bottles and also chose to try our hormonal balance to see if it would change the results of the breast pills. We offered you a refund that you chose not to take and instead bought more bottles. We reiterated to you that we did not recommend you continue taking the product but you still decided to purchase more products. As for our ambassadors on Instagram, we cannot confirm who you reached out to but we assure you that handful of ambassadors we have are actual customers who have used our product before. We are a small family business. We only have a handful of employees who are working day in and day out to provide the best customer service experience. Sometimes we can get overwhelmed with customer service requests so we apologize for not responding within 48 hours. As for the advertisement emails, those are actually auto sent by our email system :) Customers are automatically opted in to our newsletter after purchasing the product. Whether or not someone is better off with plastic surgery, that is up to each individual to decide. We have prided ourselves in being an alternative to surgery for those that choose to pursue a more natural route. And while this product has worked for some, it also has not worked for others.
