BussinsnacksReviews of bussinsnacks.com

Ordered a mystery box from them just a few expired chips, a terrible sugar free Fanta, and basic cheery gummies that weren’t “exotic” what so ever. They give content creators decent looking items then scam the buyer.

I ordered a snack box and was due to receive it on 1/25/23. Everything was fine until the box was actually supposed to be delivered. Initially the issue was withe shipping courier(ups) as they said that the package had been delivered when in actuality they had not delivered the package. I attempted to reach out to bussinsnacks.com who took 2 days to respond(initial request was to see if they could help locate the package) after almost a week there was no response. I emailed them again with no response. I posted in their tiktok page with no response. So after almost 2 weeks I filed a dispute with my bank and they finally responded. They told me to wait until today to contact them regarding a refund. So i contacted them today and was informed that because i filed a dispute with my bank i would not be receiving a refund. Do not buy anything from them they are unprofessional thieves.

I ordered a bunch of things from their site and I ordered two of a certain thing and never received them in my package. I contacted them right after my package was delivered to let them know my items were missing. I got a reply back a day later just saying they’re in the insulated mailers and to open them. I replied back telling them there were no insulated mailers in my package so I do not have the items and have yet to receive a reply back or a refund. I spent $20 on two snack items I never even received.

the snacks themselves were good i was given a snack by my friend and she ordered me a box when we had a sleepover mind you I stayed for a month because me and him were having a bsf month and when my friend went to proceed my snacks his card had no more money on it after when he called his card after because we called before hand to make sure he had a enough money and after it said he had 0 dollars after when he should of had some left over but didn't my box was messed up and ripped a soda busted and a bog of my chips had a hole and so did my candy

Ate an expired snack from february 21st of last year 2021! The only ANIME RELATED THING for the $30 anime box was a can of sparkling water with the sailor moon girl on it. You won't get what you paid for. For the size of the box and the price i paid, I should've gotten more items than just six very small ones and a majority of it was Styrofoam and bubble wrap and the amount of all that wasn't even necessary. VERY UPSETTING! Nothing more needs to be said.

These flavors were disgusting. Literally, the only thing that was okay was the chocolate. Over hyped and a waste of my money.

I enjoyed most of the products I purchased from bussin snacks, but however, 2 items I received were melted. I sent customer support an email who gave me a 10% off coupon for my next order, but I would expect not to have to pay to get cooling packs since I already paid a premium.

I spent close to $100 because my daughter wanted to try it. It is over priced IMO as others mention but they are selling novelty/niche items and I’m not sure you can get the same things from within the US anywhere and haven’t looked but could be wrong. I’m assuming they probably have people ship these products to them internationally to the US and then resell them. That’s my assumption given all the chips are smashed including Pringles chip cans or the bags are deflated from the trip over here and pressurization or lack there of in the airplane. If you’re buying liquids or candy which I did as well they arrived as expected with no issues. The chocolate tho don’t bother as it will likely arrive in some other shape than it was initially produced due to melting and hardening and melting and hardening again during its journey. They do say this on their site that this can happen regarding chocolate so that’s good but for the price they charge for a Reese’s they should maybe reconsider lowering the price given end quality of received product or not offering at all. I did email them about all these issues the good and bad and I told them I’m not gonna write a bad review or demand a refund but I at the very least expected them to at least reply, to my email. Alas they never did and that shows me either they are overwhelmed or just don’t care since the order was paid and complete I’d hate to think the latter but customer service goes a long way in a consumer driven business. In fairness to other potential consumers regarding lack of any response I feel I need to at least write this so others have the information to make their own purchasing decisions. Bottom line I think they have a great idea in a niche market with very little if any competitors at all as far as I know. I do wish them the best. There are always going to be issues starting out in any business and I hope they work through the quality issues or adjust the price points to reflect what the customer ultimately receives but the lack of even acknowledging my email to them about my order even just to say thanks or inquire further in any manner is very telling as to the importance placed on the end clients feedback and/or experience. At this point I won’t be going back due to price and quality of product received. Perhaps down the road I’ll revisit. I do wish them the best of luck. All I can say is that they should put more emphasis on consumer experience especially if the customer reaches out. It’s a very simple concept but goes a very long way as it relates to perception of the company. In any case I only wanted to be fair to both sides in writing this. Best of luck.
