DANIEL
very bad experience
We bought a brand new accessible van from Bussani. Everytime we brought the van for scheduled maintenance major parts needed to be replaced or mysteriously broke down at the time the car was there. The van had only a few thousand miles when the sliding door broke, the computer for the ramp malfunctioned and needed to be replaced, the ramp motor broke and needed to be replaced as well, the lowering feature of the van broke while at Bussani and the straw that broke the camels back was that the service person of Bussani told us that the hand controls were completely worn out and are dangerous and needed to be replaced. We couldnt believe this after only a couple of thousand miles and asked the manufacturer who confirmed that this parts usually last many years. After we told them that we are getting a second opinion the owner called and appologized and confirmed that the hand controls are perfectly fine. When i picked up the van the exhaust was broken and there were rocks in the engine. We stopped going there after thousands of dollars in repairs for a brand new van. Strangely, nothing has broken down for two years since we stopped going to Bussani. Very nerve wrecking experience.
