Did not receive what we paid for
Very mixed feelings – feels like a scam. We purchased 3,000 contacts for $199. At first, our Account Manager Serene Yap was very helpful and proactive in communication. We received two batches of contacts, about 700 in total. After that, communication stopped, and despite several messages, I have not received the remaining contacts we paid for. I advise avoiding this provider. EDIT 09/2025: After giving bad reviews here and FB, and sending several messages to Serene Yapp and eventually to the CEO, Honnaiah Raghunandhan, I finally received customer service, along with the remaining contacts — plus a few hundred extra as a complimentary addition. If you’re willing to keep pushing to get what you’ve paid for, go ahead with this provider, but it might not be worth the effort. However, the quality of the contacts has seemed to be relatively good.
