Paid $8,280 — Received Nothing. Avoid This Company.
I paid BusinessGrowR $8,280 on March 13, 2025, for a marketing campaign they promised would begin immediately. After weeks of delays, excuses, and missed deadlines, I never received any work product — not a single usable deliverable. They repeatedly told me things would be completed “tomorrow” or “next week,” but nothing ever arrived. Eventually, they stopped communicating altogether. When I requested a refund, they refused. I escalated the dispute through my credit card company, and even then, the only evidence they submitted was the contract and a self-written letter — no deliverables, no screenshots, no proof of actual work. To date, I’ve received zero services in return for my payment. This has been a complete breach of contract and a waste of time and money. I’ve since filed complaints with the CFPB, BBB, FTC, and issued a formal demand letter. If you’re considering working with this company — don’t. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid BusinessGrowR and protect yourself from what I now believe to be a highly unethical business.

Hi Chris, We understand you likely posted this review after losing the chargebacks you filed with your bank. For those reading: Chris attempted to dispute the payments for his program, and after reviewing the facts, his credit card company ruled in our favor. That outcome required us to provide substantial evidence that we delivered everything outlined in the agreement — which we did. 1. “Work was delayed and never delivered” As a client, your progress was directly tied to some of your inputs. While we DID end up getting your deliverables done, it took longer than our usual onboarding process due to paused progress waiting on YT links, VSLs, and software access, etc. 2. “They stopped communicating” We replied to every message sent through Discord which is our main communication platform. I believe there were a couple hiccups where we did not respond until 1 day later, our usual metric is responding to all clients by 5pm EST. Once you stopped communicating on your end, we reached out a few times by phone but never got you re-engaged in the discord until your bank dispute. Which we stopped communicating after as standard business protocol. 3. “They refused a refund” Our refund policy is stated in the agreement, and like most service-based agencies, work begins immediately — meaning resources, time, and tech setups are initiated from Day 1. What you paid for was implementation, team execution, and access to our SOPs, script templates, emails, etc. — all of which were delivered prior to your withdrawal. We understand it’s frustrating when a program doesn’t deliver the outcome you were hoping for. But we did deliver the services promised. While some clients come in and take massive action, others hesitate. In your case, the offer wasn’t launched in time to get feedback from the market — not because of missing support, but because the steps weren’t executed in full. To anyone reading this — we’re happy to verify any of these claims directly. Just reach out to us at [email protected] and I can send you a google drive file on this case.
