My first-class flight to Zurich on Singapore Airlines was booked by Business First International, and the experience couldn’t have been better. Their rates are amazing, and the service is excellent.

Booked and paid with credit card in October for a trip to Asia but never get e-ticket issued. Agents keep telling me the issue is Singapore airline, not theirs. Then no more response either to my email and phone numbers on website are fake. Could not get hold of anyone. Stay away from this agency, a total SCAM. Wasted lots of time to chase the agent but disappears or not responding. A very frustrated experience other than losing my money.

I booked a business-class flight to Paris on United through Business First International, and it was perfect. The staff is friendly, and the rates are unbeatable. Highly recommended!

Don't trust the 5 star reviews, or the company's responses to the 1 star reviews that they're being "targeted by a group in Nigeria". I'm sure I'll get a similar response. Notice how their 5 star reviews are all posted at the same time?? I paid over $3K for flights from the US to Europe and back for a business trip. I was one of three folks traveling. While I did get a portion (US to Europe) of my actual tickets, they were not the flights we had originally discussed and agreed to. The other two folks who were going to travel with me hadn't received their tickets 24 hours before we were supposed to leave the US. We ended up cancelling the entire trip due to this issue, rescheduling several meetings, hotels, train tickets, etc. We lost thousands of dollars. Aside from the ticket issue, this company is a nightmare to work with. You can't get a hold of anyone here, phone numbers go to random voicemail boxes of people not associated with the company. You email with one person but can never get that person on the phone, you have to speak with a different person. It's very shady. Save yourself the frustration and money and don't do business with this company.

Received a fantastic deal on my business class ticket to London. Sarah was my representative. She was kind and made the process very smooth. I will no longer book business class flights through the airlines websites. A wonderful experience overall- I'll be back!

Update: Since the our Negative review early this year and the two negative reviews in June there has been an onslaught of good reviews all of the sudden starting in July..If so maybe they can now give us our refund… This is a business that needs to be stopped..These recent reviews must be checked for factual information.. Trustpilot has always been a safe agency. ..Found out that since our Post was displayed on Trust Pilot that the company's office is not in New York on 1177 6th Ave 5th Floor NY NY at all. Location property manager Regus has never heard of this company and our Certified Letter to that address was returned to us. Contacted the Better Business Bureau who after two attempts have not received an answer back from Business First International…… I paid for two Business Class seats in early March - $8700.00 - and still haven't received the long haul tickets. Sent the sales office and Mary Ann multiple emails and after numerous calls still haven't received our tickets. Always given excuses or told we would get the soon..All I now want is a refund. Used the consolidators in the past and never have gotten this kind of pathetic follow through. Be very very careful of this company. No one ever answers calls or emails for more than three weeks now. Last communication with Mary Ann several months ago was - "I will direct our ticketing department to issue your tickets immediately"!! Still nothing and now they have ghosted us....

Stephanie did not book me my Brisbane to London flight with Singapore Airlines, but booked my return from London to Brisbane. She then blocked my emails so I had to book with another airline to use my return flight. I referred the Company to the Attorney General in New York. Business First answered them, saying that they do not refund tickets, I did not have the ticket I paid for, they said the money would be used for future travel? They do not reply to me, so how can I do that? I am still waiting after numerous emails and phone calls.

Jessica knocked it out of the park. She was efficient, courteous and addressed all of my needs. I will definitely contact her again for my next trip to Bangkok and Singapore.
