I’ve been waiting for over 3 months for a refund.

Took my money and my creditors never heard from them.

They took money from our account only paid one debtor once then kept the remaining monies from our account. Avoided talking with me or our creditors. This company basically stole money, didn't pay creditors, nor have the refunded my monies they took. I received a ucc lein based on their lack of coordination with debitors in a timely manner. They wouldn't answer either of my debtors calls or mine. I had to let them go and pay off my creditors by myself. This is a horrible business my advice is do not use them. I have asked for refunds and ignored - going on 8 months of no refund.

My experience with Business Debt Solution has been terrible. For two months, they took money from me every two weeks, and I never received a single clear update about my case. Zero transparency, zero communication, just silence while they kept charging me. Worst of all, because of their lack of management and communication, I ended up looking bad with companies I had always paid on time, damaging both my record and my reputation. When I asked for explanations and decided to cancel, they had the nerve to tell me that any refund depends on an “inspection” until mid-September. That’s unacceptable. Not only did they waste my time and money, but they also put my business relationships and payment history at risk. Do not trust this company. I would not recommend them under any circumstances.

If I could give them -10 stars, I would. This company is completely a scam. This company reached out to me, took my money to negotiate my loan accounts in November 2025, and made zero progress for 6 months while I chased them for answers, updates and any form of communication. Elijah Johnson was my "negotiator" who did not start sending negotiation emails until two months after my account was opened. He sounds like an immature teenager on the phone who does not know how to negotiate a damn thing. Once I finally got a hold of the manager, Justin Dean, all he could do was say that since I decided to stop paying them for doing nothing after 6 months, the only thing they could do was keep my money and take zero accountability for taking advantage of a business owner in need of financial help. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT do business with this company. Absolute garbage bullshit company that is a complete scam. They also act like children! All of these other reviews, I'm sure, are fraudulent as well.
