Seems my account has been deleted after over 10+ years with and over 150,000 reward points lost

I took surveys for over a year, and had accumulated over 198,000. At Christmas, I used 50 points for a PlayStation credit. When I checked my points, I was down to less than 62,000 points. I’ve written via email, asking about my missing points to no avail. I spent a lot of time taking surveys sent to my email . My advice - stay away from YouGov. Cookie Middleton

Very bad customer service, they don't answer at all, i invited hundreds of people make more than 12000 points but once i get able to withdraw they hided my withdrawal feature, all my points are legit but yougov is a scammer site ❌❌❌👎

I added my Virtual Visa card to Google Pay as directed by YouGov and Tremendous card still doesn't work. So I added the card to my Paypal wallet same results. I wrote them a few times after this action no response which I expected. I did get a response when I asked could you mail me a physical card immediately of course the answer was they don't mail cards out. All these people that wrote raving reviews about this app I'm truly happy it worked out for you, I just wish it would've been the same for me. This been going on since July 15th.
