Very very complicated to get my head around it. Not intuitive at all, Facebook must do better!

Absolutely terrible. We suddenly lost access to both our business account and one of our business pages — through no fault of ours. You'd think it would be simple for support to re-establish access for a business, but three (3!) weeks later nothing has happened. I have written with support maybe 10 times, and every time I receive a copy-paste answer in broken English, usually starting with "I hope you're having an amazing day" and then moving on to "the Internal Team is working on it". No time frame is offered. Not a word about what might have happened. Nothing. Just the same bot-sounding answer from some first-line-of-defense-support-centre-in-a-faraway-place. For three weeks now. My companies have spent 10s of thousands of dollars on advertising on Facebook, yet this is the level of business support you can expect when something with Facebook's own platform breaks. AUGUST 2nd 2023 An update to illustrate the absurdity of Meta's support. It has now been almost two months since we lost access to our business account. No updates are shares by Meta, but if you write them they will reply — always with meaningless platitudes in broken English. The whole thing is quite Kafkaesque. Latest message: "We already seek them immediate assistance therefore, we further seek an additional amount of time for us to get back to you as this is to make sure that we provide you the exact resolution. We wish you and your business well. Have a great day!"

Poco intuitivo, scarsamente funzionante e molto limitante. Se non fosse necessario per l'ADV, non lo userei mai.

Terrible company. We spend over £50 a week on adverts. They have switched to computer editing your adverts so they never work properly. We have lost £1000's in business due to their computer errors which they admitted too. They refuse to compensate us for the errors. We have now switched to a different on line company which so far is better than Facebook Meta Stay away from Meta as it is a waste of money

Worst experience I've ever had with an app. Also, their support is non-existent, all the other reviews are correct. How this scam app is not yet bankrupt is beyond me. I guess they are very good at tricking investors, and people like me, who trust them cause it's a big name... There's no way you can be this BAD and still exist... it's WRONG! Something isn't right here...

Facebook hat nun alle meine Ausweisdokumente und alle meine Daten. Zusätzlich musste ich mindestens 3 Konten anlegen: -Facebook -Bussines -Commerce ES NERVT FACEBOOK/META Ich will noch nur mein Geld für Werbung für mein Online-Shop ausgeben... Nervend... Zeitraubend.... Programmierfehler auf der Webseite "/>" "Verifizierung für XXXXXXX fehlgeschlagen Wenn du glaubst, dass es sich um einen Irrtum handelt, kannst du deine ursprünglichen Informationen zur erneuten Überprüfung einreichen oder deine Informationen aktualisieren und es noch einmal versuchen." "Dein Shop weist 2 Probleme mit dringendem Handlungsbedarf auf Um die nachstehenden Probleme zu beheben und keine Angebote zu verpassen, ist eine Handlung erforderlich." Und die Überprüfung dauert schon seit 3 Tage: "Wir überprüfen deinen Shop Wir führen eine Standardüberprüfung durch, um sicherzustellen, dass dein Shop unsere Nutzungsbedingungen für Verkäufer einhält. Kunden können deinen Shop durchsuchen, sobald er genehmigt wurde."

Ich warte jetzt seit 4 Wochen auf eine Antwort vom Support . Mein Werbekonto würde direkt nach dem Erstellen gesperrt ohne Grund . Keiner meldet sich nach mehrfacher Anfrage . Ich habe keine Möglichkeit auf Instagram oder Facebook Werbeanzeigen zuschalten. Absolut unmöglich !!!

Io non mi capacito di quanto possano essere inetti i cervelloni di FB. Forse ci lavorano i tirocinanti perche non funziona niente e il servizio che danno FA SCHIFO e mi vergognerei fossi loro. Poi ti chiamano per appiopparti i servizi a pagamento, ma con questi presupposti neanche morta! Dovrebbero solo accettare che FB è un ricovero per anziani e non può mometizzare, facciamo prima.
