For over a month, I have been trying to get a response from the company about how I can get a pair of binoculars repaired. It is quite impossible to get a coherent response. Their customer service is absolutely awful. I would say to anybody thinking about their products – under no circumstances should you be tempted to buy them.

This Is How You Lose a Customer Over a $10 Accessory I recently purchased a Bushnell Bone Collector 1800 (LBC1800) rangefinder from Walmart for about $180. Walmart's listing clearly stated that the carrying case was included, but my package did not contain one. I contacted Bushnell customer service to see if they could help with the missing accessory. I was told that because I purchased the rangefinder from Walmart rather than directly from Bushnell, they could not help me and that I should simply return it to Walmart if I didn't want it. That response really disappointed me. We're talking about a $10-ish carrying case on a $180 rangefinder. I wasn't asking Bushnell to replace a $180 product or fix a major defect. I was asking for help with an accessory that was advertised as being included with the product. Bushnell had an opportunity to turn a minor problem into a positive customer-service experience. Instead, they effectively told me, “That's Walmart's problem.” So I'm returning the rangefinder to Walmart—not because I necessarily think the rangefinder is a bad product, but because this is how you lose a customer over a $10 accessory. For me, the lesson is simple: if a company isn't willing to help when something this minor goes wrong, I'm reluctant to spend more money with that company in the future. Bushnell may have saved themselves the cost of a $10 case. They may also have lost a customer who could have bought from them for years.

Everyone I have talked too was very nice and helpful. They took time to explain and troubleshoot any issues thank you for your patience and support.

I have sent multiple support requests regarding my Wingman GPS, and no one has ever responded. It makes me wonder why you even have a support page if customers are expected to fill out detailed forms and then never receive a reply. A simple acknowledgment or update would be appreciated, but I've received nothing. This is, without question, the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I expected much better from Bushnell.

I have had bushnell cameras for 4 years. I am down to my last one and probably my last week of using it. When they updated the system this last time, it obsoleted my not quite 3 year old camera. As usual, customer service was rude. Nothing is ever bushnes fault. It's always on the customer. I have had many many issues with the app and have had to delete it and re download several times. The cameras themselves are great. The app and the company suck. There are certainly problems with their server, but they refuse to admit it. For that reason I'd suggest not buying their products.

J'ai acheté un montre Bushnell Ion Edge il y a une petite année. Après moultes mises à jour avec le SAV, elle fonctionne enfin de temps en temps, elle m'indique régulièrement 999 mètres sur les 3 distances. La seule fonction qui fonctionne à peu près bien est l'heure!

Bushnell Golf Wingman HD is absolutely terrible! Shuts off all the time, just when you need a range distance, GPS position updates are really slow and that's inside Dallas city limits! Customer service never answer, there is no help nothing. Hard to believe, but believe it!!!

Bought a Bushnell Ion Elite about 30 months ago. Their ads said 12 hours of battery life but it had trouble providing 4 hours. Usually on about the 14th hole it would ask "do you want to continue" and often I would have to search again for satellite coverage. It gave up the ghost recently after little use and their insulting "support" person suggested that based on the age of the watch I should buy a new one
