I found the ordering process confusing. I ordered one pair of pants costing 7.99 .I was charged £11+ including shipping and then they actually charged me £14+. The pants split at the waist band as I pulled them up. This has never happened to me before in 69 years on this planet. They have asked me for evidence in a number of ways and now I give up. ""Dear customer, I am very sorry, please provide the overall product picture you received so that we can verify it." What does this mean ?

A very poor response from customer services as I await delivery of my item I would NOT recommend this on line company to buy from as they don’t seem to care whether you get your goods or not once they have got your money

I usually read Reviews but this time I didn't to my cost!! This is most definetely a SCAM ........ Like the other shoppers commenting, the products are not at all like they advertise. I ordered 3 pairs of Leak Proof Knickers and what arrived was 1 pair of very thin material knickers. I'm appalled by what this company gets away with.... They don't reply to emails. They give other Chinese Companies a bad name. DON'T BUY FROM BURSTABOUT.

I GOT A RETURN ADDRESS! Vile scam company, after 30+ emails back and forth (up to £17 odd in compensation being offered) I finally got a return address for China after telling them I wouldn’t get bored and I would take them to court for my money back. (Credit card already charging it back for me anyway) but you can get a return address out of them eventually!

If there was less than 1 star that is what I would give. I ordered 3 bodysuits in a size L they are massive supposedly have support there is none! Asked how I could return items for refund I was offered £3 they cost me £30!!! Do not buy from here!!!

-1*. Horrible scam company. Do NOT BUY. I ordered 3xl size Uk 18. What arrived only fitted a relative who is a very slim size 6. Awful, cheap material. They do not reply to emails or refund. 😭

Would not even give one star. Asked me to keep the jumpsuits and give them to someone Then offered compensation. They probably looking bank details to take more from account They continue to ignore emails. And address is No. 362 Xiamen Street Zhongli District, Taoyuan City 32089 Taiwan Not London based. Do not give these scammers your money. The got £72 off me and no hope of getting it back Lesson well and truly learnt!!!

Order was quick but cheap and flimsy. The underwear should of been leak proof but they are just regular knickers. Have emailed them and waiting on reply to send back and get refund. Won't buy again.
