BuroraReviews of burora.com

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY . It’s literally impossible to return anything . They keep going back and forth and will offer you money ( a fraction of the cost you paid ) to keep the clothes . return is in India . Even though my tracking confirmed they received the returns they said they didn’t . Total waste of time and money

This company is a scam. Clothes are not what they say and they will not refund you your money. You can’t send clothes back and I did and they never refunded me. Clothes cheap and not sized right. Beware!! This company is a SCAM!! Once you purchase they got your money and clothes are not worth anything. sCAM!!! To write this review you have to check one star. Experience is bad!! 0 stars.

Don’t waste your money. It’s a sleazy company.

I ordered 4 dresses from Burora and was somewhat happy with the cheap polyester dresses. Hey, you get what you pay for. I decided to order 4 more. Upon arrival of the second 4 one of the dresses was completely different from the one in the photo on the website. One of the other ones fit horribly and I cold never wear it. I contacted Burora and they offered me $8 as a gift and to keep the dresses. I won't wear them and put $70 worth of dresses in the donation box. Please don't buy from this company. Their customer service is horrible and they don't accept returns.

The products are not as they are listed (they are all polyester!) no fabric blends, very cheaply made, basically see through. Do not buy.

Two months to receive 3 items even though billed when ordered. Of course, nothing fit and quality was horrible. I am now FIGHTING with them for a return label (which will probably be to China and cost $30). They want a picture of the items that I opened for 3 minutes then carefully repackaged. Then they offered 10% back! SCAM SCAM SCAM

BUYER BEWARE!! A placed an order with this website Burora in June and received my package on Saturday. I contacted them several times asking why it was taking so long for my package to be delivered, they continued to to tell me to be patient, which I was. My last email to them (3 in total) I told them to either let me know what the hold up was or refund my order. This website is very sketchy. My order total was over 200$ worth of merchandise, upon opening and trying the pieces on I realized that I was getting a rash from the material that is used to make these pieces. There are no tags inside the dresses. I have no idea what they are made of. I immediately emailed them requesting a refund explaining that i developed a rash from the material, so they tell me I need to send them pictures to prove that I actually developed a rash, I’m not a piece broken furniture and I’m not putting the clothing on again to compromise my skin once again because they are to shady to issue a refund. This is bad customer service and it’s very obvious that they are a SCAM. I have been back and forth with them on email because there is no number to call trying to get a return label to get these pieces back and receive a refund back but it seems like I have a fight on my hands, I will be reporting them to my bank as a fraud and also the BBB. Friends, don’t order from this company!!!

I wish I'd read these reviews sooner. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Seriously, All, the clothes are a weird, cheap material, the sizing is completely upside down (I usually can fit in to just about anything, so the fact that dresses that appear to come to the knee on their models come to just below the upper thigh like a cheerleading skirt is absurd.), and their customer service is a joke. I spent $114 for three dresses that were all defective. They offered to pay me $10 and told me I could keep the dresses. After several rounds with them, I was told they would fully refund but inly after they received the dresses back, but I would have to pay the $75 shipping fee. Everything about this company appears to be a bait and switch and they'll rip you off without a second thought. Honestly, the worst online shopping experience EVER. I hope I can save you time and money with my experience!
