D'abord sur la vidéo on te dit que cela va te prendre 2 minutes pour perdre du poids facilement chez toi avec une recette facile de la gélatine à faire chez soi après la vidéo est interminable pour enfin te dire qu'il faut acheter des médicaments mais tu as une réduction pour les gens à faible revenus une boîte achetée une offerte et quand tu cliques pour acheter, bah non il faut payer les deux boîtes, il n'y a pas de boîtes gratuites. Pour finir on te promets 5 guides + un bonus gratuit que tu recevras jamais. Belle arnaque et encore une fois on te dit que tu as 90 jours satisfait ou remboursé, ce coup là on me là déjà fait avec nutradigest de nutravya. Et on paie des célébrités qui font de faux témoignages pour prouver de l'efficacité, c'est une vraie honte de cette société et de toutes les célébrités qui font de la fausse publicité pour du fric !

Ordered product in 07/05/2025. Sent 3 emails within 3 days requesting cancellation of order. One of the emails within 4 hours of original order and also called number for them listed on Paypal within that 4 hours. Someone finally answered and I was told order could not be cancelled as it had already been sent to shipping. I was incredulous. I continued to call and email up until yesterday, 2/18/2026. I explained to them from the very first call and email that I am 78 years old, that my doctor told me I should not take the product because I have a variety of severe medical issues (it was only after ordering it that my son told me to ask my doctor) , and lastly, I am on a limited income. Over the past year they have told me they wont refund the money because their policy is I have to use the product for a specified period of time. They also tell me the product must be returned within 60 days or no refund. (They ignore my emails sent within hours). They request copies of the order and the receipts; I send them and they deny receiving them. In between, they send me form letters that began with, "Dear Marci, I hope you are doing well" , then go on to say no returns after 60 days. I don't believe they even read what has been sent to them. So, most recently they provided me with an address to which I could send the unopened product which they would then inspect and determine if a refund would be issued. I sent it, along with a separate package of unordered product ($232) that just showed up on my doorstep and which they told me to send back to a different address. Two days ago they offered me a 75% refund on the July,2025 product. I agreed to the 75%, but stated I wanted a full refund on the $232 unordered product of January 22, 2026. The office that received the returned January product issued a refund to me yesterday. The people who received the returned July, 2025 product emailed me today, saying sorry, they made a mistake. Not giving me the 75% ($122) as I didn't request a refund within 60 days!!!!! So now they have my money AND the product

Got the 6 month supply for my sister who needs to lose 60 pounds. As the 1 star suggests, she still needs to lose 60 pounds. Such a waste of time and money as this products does not perform as stated. Had hoped to find a blend of natural ingredients that works. Unfortunately the search continues.

The product is garbage, but worse than an ineffective product is a customer service that is foreign and totally incompetent! Promised a refund and 4 months later, they are still asking for Order # and email address. When a previous customer service rep. assured me of my refund was approved and on it's way.... STAY AWAY!!Horrible

Product produced no (or negative) results. Request for refund was refused. Counter offer was turned down by me. Burnjaro replied that I should take the counter offer or "they will make getting a refund so difficult that I'll wish I did take the offer". And they did make it extremely difficult and costly.

this is false. Not a darn difference. 2 bottle empty now. 4 will go in trash. sad..

Spent hundreds of dollars only for this product to NOT work and I lost very little , a pound or two, in comparison to the claims sold by Ophrah who just steals your money! Joke. Don't buy it! not worth the money.

Kelly Clarkson is this like a nother one of those gummy bears scam that u had going a bout a year ago buy gummy bears and eat one a day and watch the weight roll off your a fraud endorcing a product to make the rich shame on you!!!!!
