This has really helped me out. I appreciate the confidentiality. Also I got advice several times with the Chat option. What I think could be helpful for buyers and sellers would be having some kind of forum to be able to share advice.

Easy site for listing and providing information about a burial plot or mausoleum niche for sale. A site that makes it easy for sellers and buyers to have a conversation.

The App was easy to use. At first I was skeptical because there wasn't many listings in my state, let alone, my town. I had 4 plots that my parents had bought in 1992, yet they didnt choose to use them when they passed. The Cemetary would not help us and FB Marketplace and Nextdoor just lead us to scammers. Buriallink does a nice job at protecting you from giving out too much information to potential buyer. It look about 9 months and a lower price, but they eventually sold. Would recommend this process.

We got replies but ended up lowering the price several times finally rock bottom dump. Not exchanging names per Burials advice caused me to loose 2 sales when they went to funeral home cemetery to ask for help locating the property they stole my buyers and told them it would be a longer length of time to transfer deeds than I had been told Then because I didn't have their names it was my word against theirs.

We signed up for a year to sell our lots. It took months but we did sell them through burial link. All they do is list them. You need to go through the funeral home to complete the sale.

I liked the relative ease of setting up an ad. Loading photos was somewhat limited and viewing them on the listing was difficult. I revised my review when customer support got back to me in a more timely manner and answered my question. On the positive side I did get a buyer in a little over a month. I should note the sale has not closed, but I closed the listing to avoid another month subscription
