I ordered a shirt for my husband for Christmas. As of Jan 10, I have not received it. I have emailed customer service twice with my order number and called...had to leave a message. Have not heard one word from them still. Horrible. Is this a scam?

Ordered a t-shirt, patiently checked both my building entrances... For OVER THREE WEEKS. Finally decided to message them about the issue. Some time passes, I get a completely none discript, automated message, saying my purchase has been refunded, no "Sorry", no explanation, just, we refunded your money...?!?!?
