Everyone at Bundl was great to work with. This is our 2nd attempt at IVF. The first time we decided against Bundl just because it seemed like a lot of money. In the end we only got one embryo which we miscarried at 11 weeks. I was devastated and wished so much that we had done Bundl so we would have another chance because the cost of doing another cycle was so much. Once we were ready to try again we decided to do it with Bundl to go in with a sense of peace knowing we have more than one attempt.

Everything was smooth to initiate the BUNDL package. We just started our IVF journey so praying we end up with a baby, but it’s nice knowing if we don’t end up with a baby we get 100% of our money that we paid BUNDL back!

My consultant Jess was amazing!!! Always answered my questions and was so supportive of me! We had to push things back multiple times and she just wanted to help!

Katherine is amazing! She's been so helpful, supportive, and on top of everything working with the clinic! Carrie has been awesome with answering questions via phone or email whenever I needed reassurance! I don't know what I would have done without them! I am so lucky to have two beautiful ladies!

IVF is a really emotional, stressful experience, but the Bundl team is a bright point in a crappy process. Every single person we’ve worked with at Bundl is kind, compassionate, and extremely helpful. I’ve had really tight turnaround times between cycles and they’ve been amazing about helping me get things done very quickly. Because of Bundl we have a lot more financial runway than we originally thought we would as we try to build a family, and I cannot overstate the importance of taking that stress point out of the equation has been. Jess was the absolute kindest, most helpful + patient contact person. She answered every single question I had both on the phone and via email quickly and thoroughly and in a way that made it easy for me to understand.
