Playing bait and switch. Advertised a price with free shipping so I purchased a bumper from them now they are saying it will be an additional $250 for shipping since the bumper I bought doesnt include free shipping or they can give me some lesser cheaper pile of junk with free shipping. Fighting with the credit card now to have the charge removed. Stay away from this place.

I purchased a bumper from them and they sent me the wrong one. When I tried to return they do not pick up the phone or reply to Emails. One lady gave me her personal number to reach her and the number was a fake or invalid. This really feels like a scam and i am still trying to get my money back. So pissed off.

Thank you for providing us feedback. We are sorry and we assure you that your complaint will be handled in a strict and serious way. According to our record, it shows that the bumper had to be shipped from a different location, and for that reason, we had to request a surcharge. We offer free shipping and cover sales tax as well but with this order, we had to request a surcharge. As stated in our Policy, *Remote locations maybe charged an additional shipping surcharge. https://www.bumperonly.com/pages/shipping-policy. Please accept our apologies. Thank you for your understanding. We do hope to hear from you soon.

After I emailed my truck information to Fab Four, I received a part number from their Director of Aftermarket Sales with a part # that would fit my Chevy! I ordered the bumper from BumperOnly and it won't fit! Numerous phone calls were left unanswered, and after receiving promises of return authorization, I received an RA with no shipping information! After speaking with Fab Four it turns out Bumper Only is a third party reseller and does not have a relationship with Fab Four. The worst customer service I have ever seen! Do not buy from these people ever!

Hi John, thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the delay of your return. The RA you received was due to miscommunication, it should have been sent along with the BOL issued. We understand you received the part number from Fab Fours, however, we always recommend customers to consult with our bumper experts to confirm fitment prior to making the final purchase. We have worked with Fab Fours on this issue to avoid similar occurrences in the future. We sincerely regret this purchase did not work out for you and appreciate your feedback.

Ordered bumper to fit Chevy Colorado no modifications required but no license plate lights like oem bumper so would get ticket in NYS and did not want cube lights but only way I can return is to pay for shipping and 20% restocking fee. Stay away from bumpers only poor customer service.
Response from BumperOnlySep 25, 2020
Hello Travis, thank you for your feedback. We apologize the bumper did not meet your expectations. Unfortunately, the bumper you purchased does not have the license plate light feature. If any specific features are available, it would be noted in the product description section. However, we always recommend customers to consult with our bumper experts to confirm any fitment concerns or questions to ensure the purchase fits your needs. We are currently checking with the manufacturer to see if there is any way we can add the lights to help you resolve this issue. Kindly understand that if you do choose to return the bumper, there will be a 20% restocking fee as stated in our Return Policy: https://www.bumperonly.com/pages/return-policy. We appreciate your feedback and apologize for the inconveniences caused. Please reach out to us if you have any questions, and we will help you in any way possible.

Talked with Karen seemed polite checked to see if the bumper was in stock before i ordered. There was 3 in stock so i went ahead and ordered found 4 days later that it was too costly to ship they wanted another $150.00 I live in central Montana not Alaska if they only offer free shipping to adjoining states they should say so. Asked for a refund hope it doesn't take 3 weeks like it did to another customer. My wife suggested i research companies in the future good advice...

Sent me a scratched up bumper in a pristine box from the factory, so it was damaged, rusted before packaging. It cost me $350 extra to have the bumper painted plus more Money to cover the sensor holes I didn’t want. I’m sure the bumper is sturdy and will work great now that I corrected the problems. Don’t use this company, order directly from the factory, or go to your local parts store.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us some feedback. We take them very seriously since we get to improve the way we handle things in such situations like this. We are very sorry for the bad experience you had and sincerely apologize for the trouble you had to go through. Our customer service department, provided you all the options we have to get the issue corrected, however working out with a bumper that can no longer be found, or replaced by the same bumper left us some dead ends. This was the last bumper that can be found since the bumper you have is now discontinued. We do appreciate you writing about your experience so we can find ways how to improve or what we could have done better. "When we strive to become better than we are, everything around us becomes better, too."

Worst buying experience I’ve had in a long time, I ordered my bumper before Christmas 2019, paid in full and still haven’t received my bumper after 8 weeks. Got tired of all the runaround and phone call and just decided to cancel my order.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us some feedback. We take them very seriously since we get to improve the way we handle things in such situations like this. The lead time of the bumper was 6 - 8 weeks to be built since these kinds of huge bumpers are not in stock and has to be built. I am very happy that you kept communicating with us even if you canceled the order because, we did get the bumper finished that week, and you re-purchased the bumper from us and got one of the coolest bumpers you can get. Thank you for your feed back. And thank you for trusting us again. "When we strive to become better than we are, everything around us becomes better, too."
