I'm a former employee I worked literally 2 months got paid $1,300 for 2 months I contacted the branch manager Carl, in Tucson and he ignored me gaslighting me the whole way for the day I got hired told me I would get a guaranteed pay of no less than $1, 600. I call corporate they told me to email my pay stubs to HR. Warning to anybody who's going to start working here be prepared to be doing dirt bad and be behind on all your bills and The branch manager and the company gas lights.

Avoid at all costs!!! So disorganized and ineffective. Did not complete quarterly visits — just failed to show up. Tried to charge extra for treating bee and wasp nests after entering into a contract to do just that!!! No one has any idea what is going on. You call speak with someone … nothing happens. You call back. Same. You end speaking with someone who claims to be a supervisor and there are no notes in your file and you are treated as if you made all the rigamaroll up. When you finally convince someone you need to speak with a supervisor your call is disconnected. TERRIBLE org and cust service. To add insult to injury they never did get rid of the bees and wasps!!

Think twice before calling these guys. The only reliable thing was the phone calls from their persistent sales people. I cancelled them after 2 no-shows.

We had a scorpion problem years ago. My neighbor suggested Bulwark. I hired them and since then we have had no issues with bugs. We had some rats living in our spa. They took care of that and since then no issues. The technician, most recently Jeff, let's me know when he is coming. He arrives on time and asks if there are any issues he needs to address. He then proceeds to treat the yard while documenting everything he does in photos which come to me in a complete report. I couldn't imagine not having Bulwark as a trusted vendor. I just recommended Bulwark to a friend who wife was bitten three times times while she slept and was terrified. Reports were that Bulwark took care of the problem post haste.

I’ve been a loyal customer for nearly 10 years with a termite protection plan, and I’m extremely disappointed with how things ended. Without warning, the company canceled my account, stating they can no longer treat my property — and refused to offer MY FULL refund . No clear explanation. No support. Just a cancellation and a shrug. STILL HAVE TERMITES This is not how you treat long-term customers. I trusted this company to protect my home, and they completely dropped the ball when it mattered most. Be very cautious before signing any long-term contract with them — loyalty doesn’t seem to mean much.
