We purchased a few cases in the past and they were what we expected. However the last case of electronics was a big disappointment. Many of the items in the photos were not in the box or should I say the “boxes” were in the case but they were empty. 2 video games a charger, etc... out of 83 items I had 7 empty boxes and 4 items complete trash. They should have been tossed before BULQ got them! I know that’s to be expected but then you should price accordingly. I grossly overpaid for that box of crap.

The pallet of uninspected returns I purchased I expected at least half of the contents to be in saleable condition, however most of the returns were damaged or otherwise not resellable. This is not really Bulq's fault, however a bit more transparency would have been nice (better pictures). It will be a hard time breaking even with this pallet. I will think twice before trying again with bulq. Via trading, while more expensive shipping, was definitely better quality returns. Edit: Bulq did reach out to me as indicated they would. Nothing has changed and my review stays the same.

Some items opened during transport and leaked into other items and box.

My order was labeled as NEW Merchandise. 4 of my items was "Clearly Used" I ordered a pallet of New Bedding merchandise. 4 of the items was used and had human hair all over the Bedding sets. The items was clear that they have been removed from the packaging and placed back into it. With a little more quality control you would have a lot more happier customers. I am a reseller (Not online anymore, but B&M store) and have heard so many complaints about your company. I have used you all before in the past and I have had similar experiences of items not being as described. It's not worth the time and hassle of calling and complaining because you only receive an extremely small fraction of what the item is worth. Remember that word of mouth is the best way to get new business. I would use you guys more for my B&M store if when I was buying new I was actually getting new items with no questions of if it was used or not.

It was suppose to be new. Several products came opened and used. Some products did not arrive complete. They had missing parts, Also opened and used. If labeled New it should be new.

Not very satisfied considering I bought 2 cases now that were supposed to be new and one of the watches was missing charger and a cell phone is missing the battery

Was nice that shipping is included but the pricing is really high on things. You cant turn a profit yourself on these items.

I was a bit disappointed in the overall condition of things. Also it looked to be more toys in my box on the pics but after moving 3 items I seeing got a lot of baby stuff. Cleaning and health products. Nothing of which I wanted or hoped for. I mean, there were opened packs of diapers, and wipes... those were direct to trash. Hoping next time will be better, if there is a next time.
