The ordered a pallet and it was packed horrible. The heavy things were on top and lighter items were in the bottom, which caused the lighter items to be broken or dented. This was a new item pallet. I have 1 item missing and at least 7-8 items that were broken. On my manifest the value of 50-60 items were $9.99-$12 each but the actual value of those items were $3-$7. That is a HUGE difference in money and would have been a deciding factor when I was ordering. When a company promotes accurate manifests, guaranteed, you think they stand by that. This manifest was not accurate. I will not ever buy a pallet again. The quality of items and packing was very bad.

Cases are way to hi prices for what you get in them.

First order of supposedly new items and several items had crushed, torn, or cut boxes/packaging

I bought a case off brand new stuff a lot of it had been opened and some of it has been used had to throw away don't know if I'll buy again

Pallet shipping company never reached out to me for estimated arrival. Still have not received and ordered on 12/26

My FIRST box from BULQ was okay - not a lot of unusable items - then I went BIG and bought TWO Boxes ~ and SO MUCH is broken and/or Unusable! I tried to get some assistance, but they did not allow much time for getting "all required information" to them - including detialed Photos of the DAMAGED stuff - I have over 50 Photos and was not sure HOW to send - and they cut me OFF ~ said was PAsT Alloted Time for a Claim ~ Hmmmmph ! Won't be buying any MORE ~ find a NEW source somewhere - Hope can recover most of my cost from those 3 boxes I got.

Last 2 out of 3 boxes have been awful last one having 10 pounds of Gak bucket the was open with no lid one before that The box was missing the bigger items dings,sratches, and open package when box was labeled New and sold as New. After complaint 67 dollars back. I gave two stars because the one good box left me breaking even. Truth is if we buy brand new it should be brand new

My boxes weren't very good at all. I bought 2 boxes and alot of it was / is too damaged to do anything with.🙁 Also a few things were missing. I was disappointed this time but I know the stuff it bought was uninspected returns. I don't think I'll be buying again.
