I had an issue with one of my boxes and within 2 hours of notifying BULK the problem was resolved to my great surprise and satisfaction. Love opening the boxes to see what treasures I have purchased. Manifest have been true to what I have purchased.

I love Bulk, I discovered them by watching Mindy on YouTube. I literally only order from bulk because they're the only place I trust to source the items I need for my business. They also deliver on their promises and refunded me partial funds when items came broken.

Exceeded Expectations. I have purchased only a few BULQ cases so far but plan to continue purchasing. At this point I do not resell anything but rather use the items I purchase to update my home and pass on to friends and family. My last case was the greatest bargain. It was labeled Uninspected Returns under the Bed and Bath category. The highlights of the case were a queen sized duvet, queen/king duvet cover, queen sheet set, eight large incredibly soft bath towels, and some hand towels. All these items were apparently new with packaging intact. With these items alone it was a huge bargain! I was expecting some items in the case to be unusable due to the listing Unexpected Returns but all items were great and usable. BULQ has gained my trust,
