SCAMMERS stay away from them if you are just getting into reselling and can’t afford to take a big loss. I purchased a box on Feb 27th 2021 it arrived. March 3rd box was all messed up like some went through it and sure enough the height ticket items were missing contacted BULQ and they wanted to refund me only 50$ for items that was worth was over 300$. Extremely disappointed Edit: they eventually made it right by offering another 225$ refund so bringing the total partial refund to 275$. Updated to 3 stars I shouldn’t have to post multiple bad reviews on different platforms and open up a dispute with PayPal just for you to do what was right to do in the beginning. You should really take a listen to my call with Martina she blew it.

The best thing about bulq is how easy and straight forward the ordering process is. All the lots are manifested, they usually provide clear pics of the pallets, and they even provide amazon links to the item when available. The shipping fees are transparent and factored into the cost per item when you’re viewing the pallet. If you order multiple pallets from them they give you a shipping discount. I’ve ordered several pallets from them after I was more than satisfied with the first pallet I received. It was downhill from there. I’m aware that when you’re dealing with uninspected customer returns, there’s no guarantees so the occasional wrong item being in the packaging is to be expected, and you just chalk it up to the game. However, I’ve received obviously empty boxes, that were so light you don’t need to inspect it to know the item isn’t in there. I’ve received unpackaged and obviously damaged/used items that can’t be resold. Ive received unpackaged clearly marked store demo items that were non functional. I’ve received obviously incomplete sets, like the time I ordered a 6 piece sectional and only 4 pieces came. Each box is clearly numbered so it was obvious pieces were missing and did not need to be inspected to know that. The pallets are expensive for reselling purposes. It seems they base pallet prices off of the original retail prices but when you get trash that reduces or eliminates any profit. It is now my impression of Bulq that they DO inspect customer returns and keep the quality products to resell themselves. The accuracy garauntee is worthless when it comes to costumer returns, so unless you’re buying like new or new items you really have no idea what you’re getting. While they say the customer returns are uninspected, there are clear instances when items they’re selling are being misrepresented and they give no indication to obvious defects. My take: Buy at your own risk, and never at full price. Wait til the price has been reduced at least twice to lower the considerable amount of risk you’re taking.

i ordered a NEW pallet and most of items were damaged or not working i had a drone on there i resold and there were missing chargers and pieces, lamp sets shades weren't protected bent up rocking horse had black ink like stuff all over it and also another toy had ink all over box spend lots of money and hard to resell

Manifest prices are fluctuated so you do good to break even. On “new boxes” items were either open box or actually used. I have had 2 high ticket items returned due to this and had to resell at a used price. I have tried 4 shipments and probably won’t buy another.

The case came taped up with clear tape like it had been open. The packaging to the items in there own packaging is better without the packaging because it's so mangled but everything is in great shape packaging isn't in new condition

This was suppose to be a box of new underwear. All the pieces were there but there were issues with 17 of the items. Lots of the packs of underwear were missing pieces in them, some of the bras were dirty as if someone had stepped on them. Expect some problems but not 17. The only way to get money back is to go through them all, photograph the problems and match them with the invoice. I am a single mom and simply cant do that. I think they know that. I wrote and complained but never even got an answer. so done. Have heard this from others.

Compared to previous pallets I bought from bulq, the contents in these new cases will not give me any profits at all.
