Not entirely sure what this is about. It is not currently possible to deposit money into Altcoin Pro. We do not have any services that allow for money management or custody of client funds. We have reported this review as it has no merit and is an inaccurate description of our company. However, if you ARE a client, and you deposited funds to a liquidity pool in DeFi, please post in our Q&A Post category section so one of our Crypto Coaches can assist you.

Hi Errol, it is unfortunate that we received this 1-star review on TrustPilot before we ever received a support inquiry from you so that we could help point you in the right direction. It seems you sent us a nasty email painting us as snake oil salesmen around the same time you posted this review, as opposed to seeking clarity, which is not a character trait we want inside our community. To cover what you stated on this review: In our community we have 2 sections for Altcoin Picks. 1 is our "Community Picks" section where community members can share their research findings. The other is our "Altcoin Picks" section which is where our dedicated research team posts their top Altcoin Picks. In this Altcoin Picks section we have posted 6 different Altcoin Picks in the last 3 months that have 10x'd in value since being posted. Instead, you simply repeated back to us that you "are worth $242, and have no more till payday" and even sent us a screenshot of your bank account. With our membership being $97/mo I do not believe that joining our community with the hope that you'll bet it all on a couple coins that will help you finally retire is a smart idea. In crypto, it is genuinely smart to only invest what you're willing to lose as the asset class is still highly speculative and risky. From your email, demanding we refund you ALL the money that you've paid us, it is clear that you made this 1-star review in an attempt to gain leverage to force us to refund you your money, and we do not appreciate that. We have officially banned you from the group and refunded you the remainder of the month that you have already paid for as you do not possess the qualities we look for in a member.
