The products are fine, the service is diabolical if you are importing into the UK
i dont usually leave reviews for even good companies but this one is beyond poor. The blog site takes you to the .com shop anyway so there is no difference to who I am reviewing. I ordered £85 of products from them and paid UPS shipping fees on top. After some days I received an email from UPS advising me that they needed me to pay over £62 in duty, VAT and fees before they would release the goods. I contacted Bulletproof three times over 3 days and all I got back was "are you willing to pay the Tax," to which I replied yes I am happy to pay VAT on the shipment which amounted to no more than £17 based on the value of the goods. After another day of waiting UPS turned up and demanded the fees, so I refused the delivery. I still have no confirmation of when I am getting a refund, but I would question why the company would over state the value of goods in the first place... AVOID!
