Poor logistics and customer service
There was an option to cancel or edit an order. I accidently put the wrong address in and immediately canceled the order within the system. I also wrote to them to cancel it. I was then told that it was impossible to cancel the order as there is no grace period to do this.... despite there being options to do so. This is frankly mind boggling and I have now wasted £20 for a spelling error. I have never ever had this before from a company. And it will definitely be the last time I buy anything from this company.
