I ordered the BPD radiator, and was disappointed as I expected much higher quality for the 500 dollar cost. I expected the quality to be consistant with the oil cooler relocation kit,egr cooler or water pump. this radiator was not any different from a radiator I could purchase at my local auto parts store for much less. I would have rather installed a ford oem radiator at less than half the price. I would have returned it except I had already been without my truck a week and couldn't afford another week down. I would not recommend this product.

Great products but poor service. Was charged 3 times on my credit card for my order which was $1,100 so they charged $3,300. Took 3 days to come off which in the mean time froze the card because now its maxed out. Talked to several people about a military discount for the customer. They said they only offer the discount for active service members, not retired. One salesman said if I can get someone active to send an email they will give the discount (didn't have to be who was buying the products). Okay, so I do that to jump through their hoop and then he tells me he can't do it. So again, great products but the service is sub par.

The sales team was 5-stars. The shipping team was extremely problematic. We have ordered in the past with minor issues. This most recent event was adversarial. It was a $3000+ Order that was returned by BulletProof. If I was an owner, I would terminate those involved. If the owner endorsed such activity, then itnis best to buy elsewhere. We repaired the last unit from our regular vendors to complete the project. He understood and was happy with the reduced parts cost. We would deter future clients from purchasing here and only use when a client demands such. There are too many spots locally and online to buy $3000 parts orders. DieselTech RON would not approve!!!
