I only got 1 part of my order.

In my opinion shady company, please stay away from them. I ordered some supplement from them on Feb22, 2026. I am still waiting for that one bottle to arrive. They charged me $9.95 for shipping and today is March 5, 2026 still nothing. I wonder if it is coming from China on a ship. Latest update, they want me to wait until March 22 for the merchandise to arrive, and at that time if it hasn't arrived I will need to let them know.

Maqui powder ordered says no sugar on their packaging but actual powder contains more maltrodextrin filler than maqui. Maltrodextrin spikes blood sugar more than sugar does! Colour of the powder was pale purple rather than deep purple, reflecting more filler content than real maqui. Also smells like processed chemicals. Really disappointed, would have to throw this away.

I purchased this item from Australia and when it arrived, the lid was completely broken, despite the box showing no signs of damage. This indicates the item was likely faulty when it was packed and sent. I requested a refund and was only reimbursed for the cost of the product, not the shipping, which was actually more expensive than the item itself. This in itself was a scam as it originally showed free shipping. I paid with Apple pay and it took more than double for the shipping. This has left me significantly out of pocket. I am extremely disappointed with both the quality control and the lack of resolution offered. A replacement was not provided, and overall this has been a complete waste of money. Unfortunately, I will not be purchasing from this company again.

Compre extracto de trébol rojo en abril del 2025 ( se supone que es un producto de calidad y natural). En mi pías no dejaron ingresar el producto porque tenía sustancias farmacológicas ( Dato que no lo dicen o no lo informan cuando realizas la compra). Luego el paquete fue devuelto y llego en octubre al país de origen y aún no me realizan el reembolso, además desde octubre que no se actualiza el seguimiento del pedido en la pagina de Bulk Suplementes. Escribo y responden de manera automática, siempre lo mismo. No te informar el estado, si fue recibido, la verdad no se que hacer y a quien comunicarme. Para vender y mentir son especialistas, me envían todos los días ofertas ( siendo que no me suscribí para recibirlas) , dando por hecho que son productos de alta calidad. Pero al momento de devolver un producto , se hacen los desentendidos. NO Recomiendo comprar a Bulk Supplements, pasaras muchos malestares.

My product arrived empty an flat missing all the product. The package was SLICED, yes SLICED an emptied. It arrived this way! Would not recommend, do not trust them. IT IS NON REFUNDABLE .. YET to receive a refund or feedback ! I ordered the 2nd of feb an it arrived late on the 7th because it was on EXCEPTION AIR ( HELD BACK) only for customs to informed me it was delayed because the package arrived "SLICED AN EMPTY! " YEAH I'M MAD!! WHO SLICED AND STOLE MY PACKAGE WHILE DELIVERING IT!! RIDICULOUS!! Are u hiring THEIVES AN BUMS as delivery men?!?

Very low quality product

I have been very disappointed to find that my products have magnesium oxide in them when what i ordered was Magnesium glycinate. i do not want mag oxide used as a filler. i ordered magnesium glycinate. the same applies to the Magnesium Malate i ordered it also has unspecified amount of magnesium oxide in it. what is the ratio of mag oxide in each product? I am very upset as I purchased a kilo of each product.
