Quick service, great price. Only thing that could be improved is the zipper on the bag. They don't work very well and some of them in the past separated from the bag itself making it impossible to reseal. As for the quality, I've never sent out the product to get tested on amount stated and purity.

I appreciate your products. What I do NOT appreciate are the child proof caps. I am 78 years old, with no children in the house. PLEASE use a regular cap that I can manipulate. Thank you.

Quality of items is good. Shipping cost is high & slow delivery however.

The company has a good product and good service. They are quick to answer questions even over the weekend - pretty rare these days to go the extra mile, but they do so. They respond respectfully and accurately to questions. I found fault with the packaging of a recent shipment - some of the bottles were damaged. The only packing material was a wad of brown paper on top of the bottles that did nothing to keep them from tumbling in the box. They still get an A+ for all the other things they do right.

The shipping was super fast! I was restocking some products I already use and ordered a few new things to try out. I didn't read the labels on the different powders I bought because I thought "clean and pure" would mean no additives. I know that dextrin and maltodextrin are natural preservatives, but it doesn't state how much is added to the products. I am glad that I didn't have an adverse reaction to them being added.
