I bought L-Serine at request of my MD. I noticed that the L-Serine turned brown after a few days. I didn't think about calling them for a few weeks as I was trying to figure this out as to why. But, when I did call them...it was past the 30 days. The customer service woman couldn't have cared less and was extremely rude. She had no concern that one of their products had turned brown. This indicates manufacturing problems with this specific product but I wonder about their other products now. I threw it out. I am now buying all my other packages from another company and their L-Serine does not turn brown.

Si pudiera colocar un 1 lo haría son unos estafadores, compras y no dicen que llegara en una fecha tardía y menos que por recibir el producto, debes llenar una serie de papeles que nunca mandan, si no que finalmente Aduanas terminan mandando y diciendo que debes pagar un extra al seremi, no contestan correos y al final termina siendo una película de terror, sientes que perdiste dinero, tiempo ya que te mandan un video tutorial para llenar estos papeles y pagar el extra que nunca te contaron, hasta cuando ya esta retenido

I have reoccurring subscription, I attempted to update my adress to a new one, their website will verify its updated. Despite this it will randomly send my order to my old adress. I spoke with "Viridiana" customer service rep, who refused to give me a refund, after their mistake cost me money. Ive attempted to contact them again, but apparently I'm being ignored now. Use caution with their subscriptions, if they make a mistake all you'll get is snarky remarks and then be ignored.

No compren aqui, si piensan que por mas barato salen ganando no lo crean, ademas de los engorrosos procesos de aduana que te pide documentos que la misma tienda no te da, es probable que nunca recibas el pedido y si lo recibes sera al mes despues, por mi parte no pude recibirlo porque me piden documentos recien 30 dias despues, ya que empezo justo el proceso de aduana por lo que ni siquiera reembolsarlo puedo, es horrible, mucho mas comodo comprar localmente por un poco mas y te ahorras en matadero de cabeza de los procesos y no te arriesgas a perderlo todo.

Krill oil was rancid. Customer service tries to gaslight you that the product is fine (when the smell is so bad it makes you gag). Then offers for you to ship it back and they will pay 50% of the item (after 4 emails saying it was ‘completely safe’). The cost of shipping is more than the refund. I am done with this company. Products go rancid – it happens. That was not the issue. The issue was how they handled it. Trying over and over to tell me how safe it was! I asked them if they would eat rancid fish! I would rather pay more for a company that stands behind their product, that does not gaslight customers, that will replace products that are clearly bad. Very, very poor customer service.

Müşteri hizmetleriyle iletişime geçtiğimde hem iadeyi hem yeniden gönderimi reddettiler. Asıl sorun şu: Firma uluslararası teslimatın 6–8 hafta sürebileceğini kendisi söylüyor. Ama teslimat sorununu 14 iş günü / 30 gün içinde bildirmeni şart koşup sonrasında iade yapmıyor. Yani uluslararası müşteri için, paket daha teslim edilmesi beklenen süreye gelmeden şikayet penceresi kapanabiliyor. Kargo firmasının teslimat kanıtını istediğimde ise takip bilgilerinin artık mevcut olmadığını, bu yüzden teslimat kanıtı sunamayacaklarını yazılı olarak kabul ettiler – ama yine de paketi “teslim edilmiş sayıp” hiçbir çözüm sunmuyorlar. Yani teslim edildiğine dair hiçbir kanıtları yok, paramı da iade etmiyorlar. Uluslararası müşterilere tavsiyem: bu firmadan sipariş verirken çok dikkatli olun ve her şeyi ilk günden itibaren belgeleyin.

I placed this order directly through the official BulkSupplements website at the end of last year, and two of the items have still not arrived. The full payment was successfully charged to my credit card, and I have the transaction record as proof. I have also attached an image showing the relevant order details. It has now been more than six months, which is completely unacceptable. I paid for these products in full, yet I have neither received them nor been given a clear explanation regarding their status. If the two items have not yet been shipped, they must be dispatched immediately, and I expect to receive valid tracking information without further delay. If you are unable to fulfill the order, I expect an immediate full refund for the undelivered items. I am extremely disappointed with the way this order has been handled. Please resolve this matter promptly. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Placed an order on May 31st. After 3 weeks with no update I reached out to customer service to ask what's up. They told me it can take up to 6 weeks because of customs. After 6 weeks I contacted again and they said it hasn't updated for 4 weeks so its 'probably' lost in transit. Long story short; I have been waiting without supplements for 2 months and all I have achieved is losing $5 to their 'Shipping insurance' as though I should be responsible for covering the cost of whatever garbage budget carrier they decided to use. Avoid like the plague.
