Worst experience ever! If you are a natural person and importing products, it will be confiscated by local Government. Sahpra forced you to pay additonal fees just to reject items. Then you have to pay addional fees to destroy items! Mentioned company does not want to take any responsibility and we lost a lot of money. Please don't support them if you don't want to loose money!

The landing page for bulksupplements.com when you are in Canada brags about "fast shipping" and "4-10 day delivery time" (note it does not mention business days). It also claims that processing time before shipping is 24-48 hours. ALL OF THIS IS A LIE. It is now 2 weeks and my order has not even left their warehouse. They keep giving me incoherent excuses like border delays, etc. And more interestingly they stated in an email that international orders normally take 7-21 business days, and possibly up to 6 weeks... What happened to the promised 4-10 days? FALSE ADVERTISING.

Bought NAC. They shipped and charged me two orders of the same thing. I had an allergic reaction to the supplement and would not accept a return/refund for the second unwanted and unopened package.

So one of my products, has clearly been opened or teared during transport, because the shipment bag is even leaking redbeet powder everywhere. I took two pictures and sent it to Bulksupplements, but I have so far just been ignored, and its been several days now without any answer. I still didn't open the bag they shipped my products in. I am going to do it now and record and send a video of it to show the leakage. I gotta give the company a 1 star, I'll change it when I receive an answer from them, depending on how what their answer is and how the quality of the other products is.
