Still haven’t received my order, was purchased 2 weeks ago…

They give me a $25 promo code because I haven't bought from them in a while. Long story short it saved me about $6 to $7 compared to buying their same product on Amazon. They charge $10 for shipping then try to throw in $3 more shipping insurance (which can be disabled/removed) Seriously $3 for insurance when you are charging me $10 for shipping already? Little things like this that turn me off to a company and make me think twice before buying from them again.

How about send me the product I purchased before asking for feedback twice?

I've received an order I didn't place. I'm assuming it's an automatic reorder? I don't recall accepting that method. I want my card details removed from your files so I can go back to ordering as I need

Dont order from this company if you live in Australia. Have ordered on two occasions. Both times, it never showed up. Sits in an australian warehouse for a couple of weeks then gets returned to sender and your money is lost. they dont care when you contact them and just tell you what the tracking says (even though i already know). They make no attempt to correct the problem.

Never received package. Apparently they use amazon delivery now. Delivery driver left the package in plain sight for porch pirates.
