Absolutely Disappointing Experience – Avoid BulkSuppliers
I had an extremely frustrating experience with BulkSuppliers due to their careless handling and unresponsive customer service. My consignment was wrongly labeled at the time of dispatch, which made it impossible for me to clear customs in India. I was unable to provide the required documentation because the invoice and labeling were incorrect from the start. Following the courier company’s advice, I had requested them to correct the documents. Despite multiple requests and clear communication, the BulkSuppliers support team refused to assist in correcting the documents. Instead, I received the same copy-pasted responses with no real help or accountability. Finally, I had to request a return of the shipment. For a product worth just $22, I ended up spending over $60 on courier charges, insurance, duties, and taxes—only to receive nothing in return. I lost both money and valuable time trying to resolve an issue that was entirely caused by their negligence. This was a horrible customer experience, and I would strongly caution others before placing any orders with this seller. Their lack of responsibility and poor service is unacceptable.
