It’s been nearly three weeks since my order was taken and I received notice that it was delivered but received nothing! The answer from bulk supplements was to give it three or four more days.A non answer in my opinion.Is it up to me to contact the shipper?

I ordered L-Leucine from you and expected to get it shipped from Henderson. Shipped from Amazon. Soooo old it did not mix with water. I can’t use it can’t return it for full refund!!!? I ordered what I thought were ALA capsules Premier website There was confusion Your acknowledgment said “capsules”, but also said “powder” I wanted capsules, but now I have powder that I cannot use This is not good Customer Service❗️ You should send me some empty capsules and a tool to put the powder in !
