Never received my order and they still blamed me for it, they took zero accountability

I ordered over $300 of different products. After receiving the shipping tracker, I followed the link and was unable to see any information about the shipment. I contact Bulksuppliemnts via email and was quoted their T&Cs and told to wait for longer or contact the shipping company myself. After waiting another few weeks I contacted BS again and was told the order was lost by the shipping company and was given a refund. Absolute waste of time. Don’t bother.

The first customer service representative showed no concern or interest in answering my questions and shouldn't be working for your organization.

Ordered October the first have never received my shipment emailed emailed. Telling I never received my shipment. They told me to call Amazon as amazon's problem. Amazon, tell me to call them that it's their problem. Because I bought from their website still have no supplements that I paid good money for also paid the extra $3 for shipping. And they refused to give me my items.I wouldn't buy from them again if they were the last vitamin company on earth. I have emailed them 5 tines, 3 times they tell me to Contact Amazon, giving me their number.Amazon tells me to contact them.It's their problem and I'm still without the product that I paid really good money for. * beware.* it's a scam stay clear of these people.

The d-ribose contains some sort of anti-clumping agent. It is not 100% pure.

Our order still doesn't seem to be shipped yet and it has been over 14 days since the order.
