I purchased a $200 lot of wholesale sunglasses and the seller never sent me any merchandise. I contacted the seller and got no response, contacted Bulk Simple customer service and got no response. Filed a Pay Pal dispute in order to get my money back. I purchase tens of thousands a year in wholesale merchandise and none of it will be through the Bulk Simple platform - what a ripoff. I'm just glad it wasn't several thousand like my typical purchases. Run... don't walk away from Bulk Simple unless you hate your own money.

I told you in my emails BulkSimple or "SimpleLots", that I would file a dispute with the BBB if you didn't correct my order. I didn't know how to contact the seller about my order, I had to use the website owner as a "middleman" and they wouldn't give me the contact details for the seller, so I had to go through them. When I received my first order from BulkSimple (which is going to be my last) and when I opened my order of "Men & Women PVC Fashion Sunglasses With Assorted Styles, 100 Units", All I saw was literal garbage (I am not exaggerating). When I told the website owner I would need to send these back for a full refund plus return shipping, they said I would need to cover the shipping cost. Which I will NOT pay. This is about a 9LBS package, and shipping was $19.99. It is not, my fault this product is garbage and this is not a "buyer's remorse" return. This is a "item not as described" complaint. When I opened the package, I was shocked to see the condition of packaging and quality of the sunglasses. The "white boxes" are falling apart like they had been wet, or stored for years. The sunglasses are extremely cheap Chinese knock offs of designer brands. As they still have stickers and tags with Chinese letters on them (you would think the seller would try to hide that). What really set me off to know these are cheap fakes is the knock off pair of Emporio Armani sunglasses that has an EXTREMELY similar logo on the arms. The seller said in the listing "The Estimate Retail Price Is Up To $1500" There is NO WAY these are worth $1,500. For this mass produced garbage lot. No joke, the seller probably paid $100 or less for the whole lot. These sunglasses are made of cheap plastic. The seller probably has these mass produced in China then is selling them as "New", under false pretense that they are selling design sunglasses as liquidation. Also, each pair of sunglasses doesn't even come in a decent box, considering that they are "New". They each come in a cheap plastic bag. Some sunglasses even have scratches, dirt and scuffs due to the cheap bags and being crammed together in each white box. Also, around the same time I bought this garbage lot I bought 2 so-called "mystery boxes" of "Fine Jewelry" and "Mystery Rings" which I got the four ring ladies ring set a couple days ago, and guess what? It was Chinese garbage as well, in cheap little bags (which this seller is different, by the way) and they charged $4 shipping with there being only two stamps on package they sent it in, so I was overcharged in shipping. I never received the "Fine Jewelry" order, from the same seller, but I saw in the first package that there was a cheap little necklace inside the small package as well, so, I'm thinking the "Fine Jewelry" "mystery box" is the cheap necklace that was included. Do you really think that I would stand by and let you or your scammers take advantage of me this way? Your website is full of scammers selling Chinese garbage and I will post about this on any other website that I see fit and tell people about what your website really sells and how you let people get by with this.
