These guys are the best. From start to finish, they have massive YouTube videos, how to and so many product reviews. They have brought a huge inventory of in house products of great quality to the end user. And the prices are right. The free shipping is a huge bonus when you're buying large bags of salt. I just received my order today that I placed over the weekend.

I have purchased a costly product from BulkReefSupply (BRS). At no fault of their own, I received a part that didn’t fit the unit. I opened a case with the manufacturer (UV Sterilizer firm, which we will refer to as PEN cause their product looks like a black pen) and spent five days in back-and-forth communication for a part that cost less than $1, which needed to be replaced. Let’s say this is a delayed time, which is not suitable for my tank. Dealing with Pen felt cold. In addition, I felt they didn’t have sympathy after I expressed my frustrations, which they made me bend over backwards to prove that I received the incorrect $1 part. Now, here is the part you want to hear: The issue was not BRS-related, but I reached out to them for help. You know what, BRS went above and beyond to help me and listened to my frustrations. This is not BRS’s fault or issues, but they help where PEN was lacking and with better warm service. Long ago, I shied away from BRS, thinking I could get it better from somewhere, but I can tell you that when they run promotions, the prices are hard to beat. And now, since I know how they stand right by their customers, dude, this is the company you want to get all your reefing supplies!

Had a little miscommunication with the app not saying that the light I ordered was out of stock. Taylor on the customer support team was EXTREMELY helpful with getting my return/refund figured out since half of my order had already been delivered. Customer service like that shouldn’t go unnoticed. GREAT JOB TAYLOR!

Ordered the Tucani Dry rock from them and few dry branches and flats. All was as expected and pretty good sized pieces. No breakup and was packaged perfectly foam peanuts for cushioning and rocks were bagged up. Would recommend to others for the dry rock.
