Horrible company, total scammers. Wire them money and never receive the product . They scammed me out of $2,600 so far and I cannot get a response. Going to get my lawyer involved.

they took $ 5,000 plus and cancel my order and not responding to any of the emails or messages it's okay there's good karma and bad karma

I am writing to express my growing frustration with the handling of multiple recent orders, particularly #172809 and #177651. On March 27, 2025, I placed order. I was charged $1,521 on March 28 via wire transfer, which also incurred an additional $30 bank fee — bringing my total payment to $1,551. On March 31, I was informed that the order was being canceled due to the item now being offered in assorted batches. While disappointing, I understood that mistakes can happen, and I authorized the amount to be issued as store credit. After reviewing your inventory, I decided to place a new order on April 11, using $825 of the credit. Due to the holidays, I was patient and waited for an update — but I received no communication whatsoever. Eventually, I had to contact customer service myself to find out what was happening. After the team reviewed the issue, I was told I would receive an email update. Instead, my order was once again canceled, this time with the explanation that Bulk Buy America is having trouble reaching out to the supplier. This lack of communication and repeated cancellations is unacceptable, especially given the significant amount of money involved. It is clear that your supplier relationships and internal processes are causing unnecessary delays and frustration for customers. As Today I have not received my refund. 5 MONTHS WAITING!

I purchased a product that had 10-14 business days lead time that has come and gone and I sent multiple emails to inquire about the shipping information, but no response, except for one by Erez Cohen sent to me saying: can I check the status of this order. What does that even mean, it hasn’t helped me at all. This is bad business practices, at least respond to emails with updates. Do not trust this company!

They do not help unlock products on Amazon; Amazon is only requesting some serial number or barcode to authorize the sale of the product. Bulk Buy does not help at all, their messages are simple without the seller's name, and when you make the purchase, they have no products. This supplier seems to be a fraud.
