Slow operation
Lamps were listed as open fixture compatible, they were not so they wouldn't fit our lampholders. They changed the description after I pointed it out to them. They did pay the return UPS and they aren't going to refund me the original shipping I paid. They have had my return for 8 business days and still no credit. Won't buy from them again. Too many good lamp distributors online.
