We ordered two different types of Microscope bulbs Friday afternoon and were told to allow up to two weeks for shipment. By the end of the day we received a confirmation email that the order had shipped and by Monday had received them. Now that's what I call service! Keep up the good work.

I needed a bulb for an old kitchen warmer. The bulb that was burned out had very little information on it. Bulb Direct was able to find the bulb by looking at an emailed picture of it. Our warmer is back in working condition!
