I got what i needed in a timely fashion.

I wasn't really sure how to use my tax exempt status with this company, so I made a phone call to them. They were very courteous and helpful and they were able to answer in a timely manner and resolve my issue satisfactorily.

products are always quality and customer service a pleasure to do business with.

Fast and easy

I’m trying to find an irregular bulb for a piece of equipment and Maureen Hann has gone the extra mile with customer service even obtaining samples to ensure we have the correct lamp before we make the commitment. I would truly recommend Bulb Direct!
