One of the Best Investments I’ve Made in My Development Journey
Joining the BuildUp Community has genuinely been one of the best decisions I’ve made in my real estate journey. I’ll start by saying this: it is an investment, and after being inside the community, I completely understand why. What Arthur, Ruben and their team have built goes far beyond simply providing information about new development. Their energy, passion, accessibility, and genuine desire to see people succeed in this space are truly unmatched. Their passion for the development game is contagious, and you quickly realize that they aren’t just teaching it. They live and breathe it. I’ll never forget my first office hours call. It was a group call with other investors in the community, and we were on for over four hours discussing projects, working through challenges, answering questions, and learning from one another. What stood out to me was Arthur’s energy. It was literally the same at hour four as it was at minute one. He gave each person and project genuine attention and never made you feel rushed. Even after spending more than four hours with all of us, Arthur was still texting me afterward about my project, sending additional thoughts and ideas that had come to mind. That moment really stuck with me because it showed that their investment in the people inside this community doesn’t end when the Zoom call does. There’s also no gatekeeping. Whether you’re trying to figure out your first development, already have projects under your belt, or are somewhere in between, there is value here. You also benefit tremendously from being surrounded by other serious investors and developers who are actively building, sharing experiences, asking questions, and solving real problems. Your experience level truly doesn’t matter. Arthur and Ruben meet you where you are, but they also challenge you to think bigger, become sharper, and most importantly, execute. The only real requirement they ask of you? Be hungry. Be serious. Be willing to do the work. And be ready to BUILD UP. If that describes you, you’ll quickly understand why this is an investment and not simply another real estate course or program. Hands down, one of the best investments I’ve made in myself and my development journey.
