BuildUp Community is a real estate development community founded by Arthur Ryapolov and Ruben Ryapolov, brothers who have personally developed over 250 doors and 1,500 lots across the United States. The company exists to produce successful real estate developers and help everyday people create wealth, freedom, and legacy through ground-up real estate development.At its core, BuildUp Community is a network of aspiring and active real estate developers who learn from each other, share deals, share lenders, share contractors, and share the lessons of their mistakes. Members receive direct access to Arthur, Ruben, and a coaching team with over $100 million in real estate transactions, along with a private community where developers connect, ask questions, get feedback on real deals, and develop relationships with other people walking the same path. Arthur and Ruben; The real deal.
Arthur and Ruben have encouraged me and provided the tools and knowledge I need to start building and developing. I have rentals near several of their projects and they do a really fine job. They are great role models and I am glad Iam part of the Build Up community.

Valuable Education
I appreciate all the content and resources that came with the Deal Finder and First Time Builder programs. All the step by step information makes having a lifestyle of real estate and development achievable. It does take commitment but it’s possible. I also enjoy the christian content; it makes everything 100x better.

I’ve had a great experience with BuildUp Community. The group creates a supportive environment for people who want to learn how houses are actually built from the ground up. They explain things in a practical, easy-to-understand way and share real knowledge that’s useful both for beginners and people with some experience. You can tell they genuinely want to help others grow skills, understand construction, and become more confident in the building process. Strong community, helpful people, and a lot of valuable information
