Watched promo and ordered on 5/29/2025 (Visa card was charged $299 and $67, total $366, on this date). On 6/20/2025, I tried to call the Delaware phone number on my Visa statement to cancel this program, as I did not think it was for me. Verizon came on and said this was not a working number. Tried 2 more times the next couple of days with the same result. I also answered a text from a Texas number that I wanted to cancel the program 2 times and did not receive a response (still haven't). I contacted my credit card company the second time on June 26 2025 and told them that I had been trying to cancel this program and was not having any luck speaking to anyone. They have begun a dispute process since I cannot reach anyone. This program had a 30 day guarantee to cancel. I am also going to call the BBB tomorrow to see what info they have and report the problem that I am having. I would still like to get this handled as the promo stated.
