However, please be informed that we have confirmed with you several times through email that the issue did not come from our side. Your last order was nearly a year ago and during that time you did use the services from other providers. Besides, the content on your account is sensitive and restricted by IG (contain sensitive pictures of women/model) which affects your own result also.
