We were told on December 9th, when we purchased 2 dogs for $219.98, that you would get them to us, for our two grandchildren, for Christmas and they finally arrived on January 19th. A disappointment for all however they can still make them and hopefully be pleased later. TTR

Due to the holidays and covid my package was delayed. Thankfully the service at United doggos was extremely helpful and followed my package through the process giving me personal updates ensuring it was delivered! Going above and beyond was unexpected and really appreciated!

Set came very well packaged and pretty quick. Very happy with it so far!

If you have a favorite pet, this is a must purchase. I loved my CKC Spaniel and Facebook posts have elicited nothing but "so cool" responses. Plenty of extra parts and pieces and an easy to follow manual. I spent approximately 15 hours assembling my 1310 block creation. Having large hands, my only minor issue was the size of the blocks and plastic fasteners, but I soon learned to master that. Thank you JEKCA Limited for a unique product.

Never received my order.

Ordered on 12/5. Order confirmation indicated US warehouse, 7-15 days due to COVID. But then I get a tracking number from Hong Kong, which says the US supply statement wasn’t true. HK tracking shows no movement since 12/20, yet customer service also placing blame with US post office for delay. It appears that USPS doesn’t even have it, so getting a stock answer, not an indication that customer service is legitimately looking into. No outlook still. So service rating is poor. Also wonder how the previous reviewer got super fast TAT, suggesting non-optimized world wide logistics, maybe the US customers need to move to GB...

Hi Tom, We'd like to clarify a few things you've mentioned in your initial review. We do have a USA warehouse where we stock products. However, due to the explosive growth in sales on Black Friday and Christmas, we quickly ran out of stock. We tried to anticipate the growth but unfortunately, we haven't ever experienced a pandemic like this before. This meant that your package had to be shipped from HK to the USA. This is usually no problem as that would take 7-15 days as well. We ship the package to the airport with an HK provider, and then USPS will take over. The reason that the above went so poorly with some parcels is because both postal services are experiencing extreme delays. So extreme in fact, that many Christmas parcels that USPS handles has yet to be even processed. We sadly couldn't anticipate this either, as it comes back the first reason why our initial US stock depleted so quickly. We don't blame someone else unless the service in question is really the issue. And that holds true for this particular situation. We're watching for movement every day and are in close contact with the mentioned services and will inform you accordingly once we know more. Apologies for the trouble. Team United-Doggos

It was never delivered!

Hello John, We're terribly sorry for the poor communication on our end. There is sadly a big delay with postal services going to and in the USA since Christmas due to the explosive growth of orders this year due to the pandemic. We're in close contact with our logistics to provide customers who are still waiting with updates when available. We promise to do better in terms of communication, and we will email you the moment we got an update. Again our apologies. Team United-Doggos

Update: Vendor has confirmed package will arrive 1/19, and was helpful and pleasant over the last week attempting to iron out the delivery situation. I've changed the rating to reflect the improved customer service and the attention to my delivery issue. Order placed 12/9. Tracking says it's not even in the United States yet, and that it didn't get sent to be mailed out until 12/26. No contact from the company regarding the delay, or anything at all, until I was asked to write this review in an email today. Would likely not order from this vendor again.
