As the owner of The Cleaners, I had the opportunity to collaborate with Build Clean America on a specialized cleaning project for HVAC diffusers at a Walmart in Mandeville, LA. From the start, the process was straightforward, and we were provided with clear instructions and a pay order. The Project Manager, April, was responsive and confirmed our arrival time. The cleaning was completed late at night, and the satisfaction of the on-site superintendent and construction manager spoke volumes about our team’s dedication and attention to detail. While there was a slight delay in the payment process, their office staff, particularly Jessica, was in constant communication, offering updates and assurances. Payment terms were adhered to, and though there was a minor holdup, their professionalism and willingness to resolve the issue stood out. Overall, Build Clean America proved to be a reliable partner in this project, and I appreciate their commitment to ensuring everything was handled smoothly in the end.
