I have updated my score based on the owner reaching out read the end of this review. If I could give them 0 stars I would. If you want to feel pressured into making a decision this is the company for you. Kept repeating the same question over and over and when you say can we just get on with this so I can get the info your accussed of being so rude. 1 know I just want to hear your info 1st rather then you asking well if all yur questions are answered what would stop you from making a decision tonight. How about give me the info 1st rather then use pressure tactics like that if anything thats rude. 2. you ( Ie the person from the company) show up to the meeting 25 minuets late I think your the one being rude not me. All I said is enough with these repeated questions in the begining lets hear the info first. So my recomendation never ever work with this company. I will say that after posting this review tonight I recived a call from the owner of the company wanting to make things right. He apologized for howI was treated it was explained that the group I delt with was a independent branch I belive its called and he stressed this is not what they expect from people who reprsent there company and he would be dealing with them about it. I appreciate that he took the time to call.

Everyone is helpful. I was assuming more of this would be done for me when signing up originally. I was told that there would be an assistant with the package that purchased and up and to this point I have not seen that service come into play. That paired with the availability of ongoing training schedule is a nightmare for the east coast. I would have liked for these to be in a video format that can be viewed at my own convenience and not 8pm every night. Outside those two things; everyone has been as helpful as they can be with getting this started.

Materials and training provided are excellent, and exceeded my expectations. It is definitely a lot more time consuming than what was advertised in the sales presentation. Nothing against the business support, which has been amazing, but there is a lot of effort and time is needed to get everything up to speed, which was not highlighted in the sales pitch. Overall I do think it is a good learning program which provides you with all the tools and knowledge to grow any business.
