This was at the Buffalo Wild Wings in Abilene Tx on Overland Tr. on Friday July 24th at aprox 7:45-9:15. We waited 15 mins to place our drink orders. The drinks (mostly waters) took another 5-10 mins to come out. Waited about 30 more mins for our food (which we had to ask the manager for & most of our orders came out cold) and during this time we couldn't even get a single drink refilled by our server. After about 20 mins of waiting, one of our guests actually refilled his own water and the manager threatened that he "would have to ask him to leave if he did that again" , but that was our tables only refill of the entire 1.5 hour visit. My guests were so disatisfied and frustrated with the visit that they got up and went to our server to pay their bill. I sat there and waited until the server finally cashed me out about 5 mins after my party left. I never really write reviews, but I felt this service was so bad that I had no choice. The manager and server seemed totally incompetent and careless towards the customers. At one point we were looking around our room and not one table in our room (all of which were full) had a single serving of food and all the guests were sharing drinks because the entire room was totally being ignored. Totally disatisfied with the entire visit & will definately avoid this place in the future.

This has been the absolute worst experience at a restaurant ever. We waited 30 minutes for a lemonade and a beer (which they forgot about.) And while we waited on this, I watched two different people send back their food because it was cold. People have been here waiting for 45 minutes to pick up an order. The service is terrible, I cant believe this place....

We ordered through the phone. Cannot believe what we had ordered 2 family bundles of 15 bone-in, and 15 boneless and fries. We received 30 boneless in each, two dipping sauces, everything was cold. The wings were tough and not what flavor we had ordered. This is a bunch of bull. No more for our family and friends. We are done with them.

I dont understand how most of the staff was wearing their mask around neck or under their nose. When the food was given to us the mask the whole time was down. It took 10 minutes for us to even be addressed to be seated , almost an hour for food and then when it came the food was awful. We got our check within 10 minutes and left. Our server was nice but the whole mask thing had me alittle upset and its not his fault the taste of the food. Would love a message back . Thanks

this was the worst experience my family and i have EVER experienced at a bdubs. our server Lexus was God awful, not once did she check on us. our food was cold, she didn’t ask if we wanted carrots with our wings, our orders were wrong, we got our fries late and they were cold. And my boneless wings had bones in them. we got sat in the corner as our server Lexus by passed us multiple times before asking for our order. The restaurant allowed people who were waiting to be seated stand over us WITHOUT mask while we tried to eat our cold wrong food.

So the food is always good, often lacking on sauces... but I'm still hooked, today I was asked to wear a mask apon entering which I did. Then proceeded to the pick up location and young man helping was NOT wearing a mask... then he had to get him manager because he was having computer issues, his manager came out from the kitchen ALSO NOT wearing a mask!!

I live in eau Claire wi. We ordered for delivery. Said it would take 45 minutes as they were busy. Got a text from delivery guy stating he was yet to be informed it was ready for delivery. Delivery guy went in order was done but wasn't notified when delivered it was cold and some of the order wasn't there. It took two hours of lies from the manager telling us it was done and being delivered I called back one more time to bww and the manager hung up on me. I called corporate spent 1/2 on phone was told I would be called back also told him I wanted my money back. Haven't heard nothing three weeks. This place sucks and the management sucks. I will never go or order from this place again no matter where it is. Corporate makes a lot of money selling crap.
