I arrived at the Killeen TX location to pick up two orders. I was told that it would be at least a five to 10 minute wait. Then after 15 minutes I once again ask them how long it was going to be they told me it was going to be at least another 10 minutes. 30 minutes in I finally find out they don't even have the order in their system. The person told me it wasn't their fault because they're tablet wasn't charged so they didn't know it wasn't in there. Needless to say I was just a bit upset. What kind of a business uses tablets and then doesn't even bother to charge them and gives people the run around and waiting for orders that they're not even in the process of making.

They always forget the sauce. Never get food from here.

The manager at Bristol Virginia BWW, Kali, was terrible to us last night. We have a large group of friends who play Cornhole there quite often. There is an area outside of their patio where we set up cones and have a good time. We are good people who never cause a scene and give them good business. The men's restroom was CLOSED (we have a picture of the sign that was posted on the front door) so one of the guys had no choice but to pee outside the building behind their dumpsters where nobody could see him and she demanded he leave and she called the cops. I understand that he probably could have gone somewhere else but we were having alcohol and that would not of been practical. We are not the type of people that like to cause problems. What she did to that business will have a lasting affect because none of us will ever go back. Especially if she is there. We are good citizens who deserve to be treated better than that. The worst part of it all was that they have amazing bartenders and she costed the bartender last night a lot of money. But she doesn't care because her pay check is the same no matter what to her.

Trash service, cant read orders right. asked for extra sauce and never get it. got 2 cups of ranch filled up less than 1/2 way. barely any sauce of my wings. only half have barely any

I would like to put zero stars i pay for food waited an hour and apparently they cant read the order an smother your food in nasty hot sauce an give u fries that taste burned and gross cause they were cooked in old dirty oil! I will never waste my time or money at this place again!

Burger week in Louisville and about 25 different establishments participating in the $6 burger deals. We chose to support a local restaurant from that list. After dieting all day in anticipation of a tasty burger, I was informed this particular BWW location on Outer Loop is not participating in this offer. We selected a chicken sandwich which was very tough and cold fries that had been overcooked some time ago. Left most of it on my plate and would recommend anyone else avoid this restaurant. We were seated by screaming kids and no management in site. Very bad experience!!!

Buffalo WILD WINGS IN HAMMOND LA. THIS IS MY SECOND TIme experiencing this. I have called literally at least one hour b4 closing time. And no one will answer. However, around 8:30Pm someone answers and is SO EAGERED TO let me know they are NO LONGER TAKING ORDERS. AFTER I HAVE BEEN CALLING SINCE B4 8pm. Plus the young lady b4 I can ask what time is the last call for taking pick up orders. She hung up In my face.
